Role: Secondary Market Property Consultant

Location: Dubai Hills Estate & Palm Jumeirah, Dubai

Type of Job: Commission-only, full-time

Preferred Requirements:

Proven luxury sales experience, ideally in Dubai.
Outstanding ability to negotiate and communicate.
Strong knowledge of the real estate sector in Dubai.
The ability to develop and keep connections with clients.
Motivated, aspirational, and results-oriented.
Capability to project a professional image.
Valid driving license from the UAE.
Stable in terms of finances for a minimum of 6 months.

Responsibilities:

Identifying and pursuing chances to sell luxury real estate is one of your responsibilities.
Assist clients rent, purchase, and sell real estate.
Stay updated on industry developments and do market research.
During the sales process, give outstanding client service and direction.
Work well together as a team to accomplish goals.
