ModCASA Real Estate LLC ("ModCASA", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This shorter Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, your rights, and how to contact us. It covers data collected through our website(s), forms, apps, marketing campaigns, property transactions and business/IT services in the UAE (Dubai & Sharjah), and advertising audiences reached in the UK and USA.
